- The
O&W Trail- Kingston Access
The eastern section of the O&W Trail, which is part
of the D&H Cancal Heritage Corridor in Ulster County,
runs from Kingston to Kyserike. There is an entrance on
Washington Ave. in Kingston between the Super 8 Motel and
the Holiday Inn. There is also a marked access site 1.3
miles south of Hurley on
Route 209.
- The
D&H Canal and O&W Trail – Ellenville Access
Toe path runs parallel to route 209. Accessible where Berme
Rd. and Canal St. intersect with Route 52 . Both flat and
graded walking surfaces.
- The Hudson Valley Mall
The Hudson Valley mall in the Town of Ulster opens
at 6am for mall walkers and provides a large, sheltered,
flat walking opportunity. Once around the mall is approximately
1 mile.
- The O&W Rail Trail

- The Kingston Plaza
The Kingston Plaza has a covered walkway that runs from
the former Ames store all the way down to The Auto Zone
which can provide a flat, sheltered outdoor walk during
iniclement weather.
