The Kingston Walks Initiative is a countywide campaign
to improve the health of every Ulster County citizen
by promoting active living throughout the lifespan.
The Community Heart Health Coalition
of Ulster County has joined with the national America
on the Move program and is proud to offer this FREE
program to all Ulster County residents.
By making very simple changes, you
too can stop weight gain by balancing energy expenditure
and calorie consumption. The message is simple: move
more and eat less by making 2 small daily changes...

How to join as an individual
Read and print the following instructions
before you go to the America on the Move
site so that you have the directions on how to sign up.
By signing up, you become eligible
to win $1,000 toward a vacation of your choice (*you
must be 18 years old to participate in drawing).
Here's how you join. Click
here to go to the Amercia on the Move web site. Once
you are on there, click on
- Join Now (left hand side of the menu)
- Choose Individual (next)
- Type in the following code RTH17920

- Fill out the individual registration form
- You must fill in the required screens or your registration
will not be accepted
- At the end of the registration process you will come
to a screen that says that you have successfully registered
and it will welcome you by name
How to join as an group
We are proud to enroll adult walkers who are signing
on in support of the Girls Scouts of Ulster County. Please
follow these steps:
- Join Now (left hand side of the menu)
- Choose Individual (next)
- Type in the following code RAD27762
(continue)
- Fill out the individual registration form
- You must fill in the required screens or your registration
will not be accepted
- At the end of the registration process you will come
to a screen that says that you have successfully registered
and it will welcome you by name
To enroll as a member of the Walkill Walkers Group
please follow these steps:
- Join Now (left hand side of the menu)
- Choose Individual (next)
- Type in the following code RWA31185

- Fill out the individual registration form
- You must fill in the required screens or your registration
will not be accepted
- At the end of the registration process you will come
to a screen that says you have successfully registered
and it will welcome you by name
If you are interested in registering as
a group of 25 or more, send an email to mgagnon@chhculster.org.
This way you will be able to track the information as a
group.
