A stretch band exercise program that occurs at various sites around the county (see below).

The 30-minute workout includes simple warm up exercises that emphasis posture alignment, proper breathing and range of motion, which help to maintain flexibility. The stretch band program uses lightweight latex resistance bands in exercises to strengthen all the major muscles in upper and lower body.

To acquire a DVD and instructional guide free of charge please contact: Catherine Canzian at RSVP (845) 339-2181 or visit your local UC library to borrow a DVD and exercise booklet.
